Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in a $50 fee.

Missed Appointments

No-shows or failure to cancel in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. All efforts will be made to reschedule promptly. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your appointment, it will be considered a “No-Show” and treated as a missed appointment.
