Appointments and Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a $50 fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a rescheduled appointment, and if we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your appointment time, it will be treated as a missed appointment.

Service Payments
All services provided by Jazz It Up Mora are subject to payment as outlined at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment platforms. Full payment is required upon completion of services.

Pricing and Promotions
Jazz It Up Mora reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or promotions at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated prior to booking services.

Liability
Jazz It Up Mora is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products or services used during appointments. Clients are encouraged to communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns prior to receiving services.
